Participation Process
In a standard form, the process of participating in a conference implies:
3. Preliminary sending of the presentation / video report to the organizers of the conference (optional)
4. Public discussion of a scientific article with the participation of authors at the conference
5. Making changes to the article according to the comments of the reviewers (for authors)

We request you to prepare and send us a video of your presentation, comprised of a brief introduction with webcam, followed by voice over slides for your presentation. This is a requirement for your paper to be submitted for books series. Please note that the file must be a video file in video format (more details below). During the actual presentation, authors will need to be available online after their videos are played to answer Q&A from audience moderated by Session Chair.
TIME LIMITS OF PRESENTATION
Each paper presentation will be a maximum of 10 minutes in length and will be followed by a brief question and answer period of approximately 3 minutes. In total 15 minutes will be allocated to each presentation.
Speech language: English or Russian (a mixed option is possible - when the presentation is in English, and the speech is in Russian)
